Six Mile River Resort was developed and officially opened in 2012 by Mitch (Mama) & Doug (Capt) Dupont.
The resort is located at the bridge which divides Marsh Lake from Tagish River, commonly known as Six Mile River. The resort boast of 400 ft riverfront 4.5 acre property with beach, dock and deck with stunning views in a beautiful and tranquil environment. In the early 1900s, this heritage property was an RCMP Telegraph post and passageway to the goldfields of the Klondike. You'll sense of the days of the '98, from the heritage cabins and the collection of "old, old stuff" all around the resort
For 10 years the resort has been open to the public as one of the favorite and most popular destinations in Southern Lakes. Boasting deliciously prepared SLOW FOOD from our Rivers Edge Dining room.
This Year Special Events and spontaneous meals will be happening.

Restaurant

Queen Cabins
$175 per night max 2 guests
We have three newer, cozy log cabins with Queen beds and opulent comforts for two. Each cabin is individually decorated with vintage items collected over the years.
Enjoy a paddle on the river in one of our complimentary canoes or Kayaks or relax on your private deck.
Please note, these cabins do not have washrooms, they are hypoallergenic therefore not pet friendly.
Trappers Cabin
$195 per night max 3 guests
This is a historical and rustic cabin built at the turn of the century and is original to its location. It has two twin beds. It can be heated by a wood stove to give you a real Yukon experience but alternatively, electric heating is available. The cabin is quaint and comfortable loaded with artifacts and decorated with vintage furniture.
It's a great place to hang your fishing rod. Enjoy a nice paddle on Six Mile River with Complimentary Canoe or Kayak.
Please note, these cabins do not have washrooms. This cabin is pet friendly (additional charges apply).
Honeymoon Cabin
$195 per night for 2 guests, additional guest $20 max 4 guests
This Historical and heritage log cabin from the early 1900's. Very rustic, comfortable and spacious, with a wood stoves but alternately electric heat. Warm and bright cabin 2 double beds.
There is no bathroom in the cabin, common washrooms near the cabins with hot showers and washrooms. Decorated with vintage items collected over the years. This cabin is pet friendly (additional charges apply).
RV site up to 40ft rig
$50 per night for 2 guests. Additional $10 per person
Set up your RV in one of our 17 grassy waterfront spots or reserve 1 of 3 spaces with firepits.
Water and electric sites 30 amp.
Nearby washrooms with hot showers are available.
Campsites
$20 per night for 2 persons per tent. $10 each additional person
Enjoy riverside camping and pitch your tent up in one of our grassy spots.
Nearby washrooms with hot showers are available for an additional fee of $5 per person.
